About the Role
In this newly created support-focused role, you’ll be the operational backbone of the Relationship Management team, ensuring loan applications are processed efficiently, member documentation is accurate, and administrative workflows run smoothly so the team can hit their service standards, timeframes, and funding targets. This role will also assist in developing and promoting sound relationships with key stakeholders as well as Members at all levels of our bond membership base by providing support to the Relationship Managers in coordinating and attending Business Development activities.
Reporting to the Regional Manager SA & NT, this is ideally a full-time permanent position working 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday however permanent part-time at 0.8 will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Loan Administration: Print, review, and process member documentation for new loan applications; complete credit checks for all applicants; load applications into Loan Origination
Member Communication: Receive and respond to member queries; liaise to obtain outstanding documentation; send contracts via secure messaging
Business Development: Coordinate and support business development activities, including Bond and Go60+ initiatives, and provide relief support during team leave
Team Administration Support: Effectively and efficiently manage, monitor, and prioritise workflow so you and the Relationship Managers meet agreed service standards
Skills & Experience
FSRA Tier 2 & NCCPA Accredited
SEQUAL and Reverse Equity Mortgage Accreditation (or willing to obtain)
Previous experience in lending or administration related roles
Strong attention to detail, time management, and strong MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills
Sound understanding of responsible lending principles, interest rates, fees, and charges
Approachable, team-oriented, and willing to play a support role and share knowledge to lift the whole team
