JOB SUMMARY
The Client Success Specialistis responsible for delivering exceptional service and support
to clients by ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and success with our services. This role
serves as a key point of contact for client inquiries, support needs, and general service
questions.<\/p>\n
JOB DUTIES
\u2022 Serve as the first point of contact for assigned clients, responding promptly to
questions via phone, zoom, or support ticket system.
\u2022 Help clients navigate and utilize the iSolved platform effectively within the Payroll
and TLM modules.
\u2022 Track and manage open support tickets and ensure timely resolution by
collaborating with internal teams or escalating issues when necessary.
\u2022 Educate clients on best practices, tools, and resources available to help them
succeed.
\u2022 Maintain accurate records of client interactions, requests, and solutions using
internal CRM or support systems.
\u2022 Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any concerns or service gaps.
\u2022 Participate in training sessions to build expertise in the iSolved platform and
implementation methodology<\/p>\n
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE \/ QUALIFICATIONS
\u2022 1+ year of experience in a client service, customer support, or administrative role.
\u2022 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
\u2022 Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and follow-through.
\u2022 Problem-solving attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
\u2022 Team-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
\u2022 Comfortable working independently and collaborating cross-functionally.
\u2022 Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and urgency.
\u2022 Hands-on experience using the iSolved platform<\/p>\n
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE \/ QUALIFICATIONS
\u2022 High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor\u2019s degree in
business, communications, or a related field preferred.<\/p>\n
