The Center is looking for an experienced Client Service Associate to join its wealth management team.<\/p>\n

\nCenter for Financial Planning, Inc.\u00ae was founded in 1985 and is a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) (we operate as a hybrid RIA and work with Raymond James as our custodian and broker\/dealer)
\nThe Center currently serves over 1000 families and oversees over $2B in client assets as of October 31st, 2025.

Responsibilities We\u2019ll Trust You With:
\nSupport team initiatives and understand and support the firm and department\u2019s vision, mission, and strategy
\nCollaborate with financial planners of The Center to assist in the development of financial plans and periodic reviews for clients including, but not limited to, retirement analysis, tax planning, education expense analysis, estate planning, insurance assessment, and investment management
\nFront-line exposure with client communication
\nProvide exceptional service for client needs including account maintenance, money movement, relationship support, etc., commensurate with at least two years of experience.
\nCoordinate and proactively follow up with clients\u2019 other financial professionals, when necessary
\nWork with lead financial planners to successfully onboard new clients
\nProactively seek ways to surprise and delight clients with WOW moments
\nAssist in department projects and with the creation of efficient processes and procedures<\/p>\n
Qualifications:
\nMinimum of 2 years in same or similar Client Service role within a financial planning or investment environment
\nBachelor\u2019s degree preferred
\nStrong service mindset and drive to go above and beyond to provide the best possible client experience
\nDesire to be part of a team, well-developed interpersonal skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with individuals of varied backgrounds and working styles.
\nIntellectual curiosity and talent to think independently and creatively to solve problems
\nEffective time management skills and ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment while prioritizing independent tasks and meeting aggressive deadlines
\nProcess-oriented, exceptional organization skills, and dedication to exceeding quality standards
\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills
\nWhile not required for consideration, Series 7, 63, or 66 or other securities license or willingness to complete as a part of professional development plan<\/p>\n
