The Center is looking for an Investment Operations Assistant to join its wealth management team.<\/p>\n

The Center currently serves over 1000 families and oversees over $2B in client assets as of December 31st, 2025

Responsibilities We\u2019ll Trust You With:
Begin developing investment industry understanding and investment product comprehension
Assisting advisors with client requests and portfolio recommendations consistent with Investment Policy Statements
Conduct Investment Research and support Investment Committee
Portfolio Rebalancing system set up and maintenance
Coordinate with vendors
Assist in department projects and with the creation of efficient processes
Support team initiatives and understand and support the firm and department\u2019s vision, mission, and strategy<\/p>\n
Qualifications:
Bachelor\u2019s degree preferred
Strong service mindset and drive to go above and beyond to provide the best possible internal and external client experience
Desire to be part of a team, well-developed interpersonal skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with individuals of varied backgrounds and working styles
Intellectual curiosity and talent to think independently and creatively to solve problems
Effective time management skills and ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment while prioritizing independent tasks and meeting aggressive deadlines
Process-oriented, exceptional organization skills, and dedication to exceeding quality standards
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Series 7, 63, or 66 or other securities license or willingness to complete as a part of professional development plan within the first year<\/p>\n
