This role oversees financial analysis, collateral and covenant monitoring, participation loan<br \/>administration, and data integrity across credit systems.\u2019<\/p>\n<p><strong>Major Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><br \/>\u2022 Lead and oversee the commercial portfolio management team, ensuring consistent execution of<br \/>credit administration standards, accountability, and professional development.<br \/>\u2022 Ensure timely completion of annual, interim, and periodic credit reviews in accordance with policy,<br \/>risk ratings, and regulatory expectations.<br \/>\u2022 Oversee financial statement and tax return collection, covenant tracking, and follow\u2011up for<br \/>delinquent or missing borrower requirements.<br \/>\u2022 Monitor credit quality across the portfolio, identify emerging risks, and recommend risk rating<br \/>changes or corrective actions as needed.<br \/>\u2022 Ensure accurate and well\u2011supported global cash flow analysis, borrower performance<br \/>assessment, and market condition evaluations.<br \/>\u2022 Manage collateral monitoring, including appraisal\/evaluation reviews, valuation updates,<br \/>insurance tracking, and real estate tax compliance.<br \/>\u2022 Direct scheduling, documentation, and review of property site inspections, ensuring timely<br \/>follow\u2011up on findings or exceptions.<br \/>\u2022 Oversee commercial loan participation administration, including compliance with participation<br \/>agreements and regulatory requirements.<br \/>\u2022 Coordinate communication with lead and participant institutions, ensuring timely reporting,<br \/>remittance accuracy, and issue resolution.<br \/>\u2022 Maintain data integrity and effective tickler management within CASH Suite, DNA, and related<br \/>credit systems.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Prepare portfolio reports and dashboards for senior management, committees, auditors, and<br \/>regulators.<br \/>\u2022 Collaborate with Commercial Lending, Credit Administration, Loan Operations, and Accounting to<br \/>support sound risk management and portfolio performance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Knowledge &amp; Skill Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>\u2022 Strong understanding of commercial credit underwriting, financial statement analysis, and<br \/>collateral valuation practices.<br \/>\u2022 Ability to enforce deadlines, manage workload prioritization, and ensure team accountability.<br \/>\u2022 Familiarity with CASH Suite, DNA, and other credit administration systems.<br \/>\u2022 Strong communication, analytical, and relationship\u2011management skills.<br \/>\u2022 Understanding of NCUA guidance relating to commercial lending and credit administration.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Educational Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>\u2022 Bachelors in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field; advanced credentials preferred.<br \/>\u2022 5+ years in commercial credit or portfolio management; leadership experience required.<br \/>\u2022 Strong financial analysis, underwriting, collateral, and risk management skills.<br \/>\u2022 Experience with NCUA commercial lending guidance; proficiency in CASH Suite &amp; DNA<br \/>preferred.<br \/>\u2022 Excellent communication, decision\u2011making, and organizational abilities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Disclaimer:<\/strong><br \/>The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by<br \/>people assigned to this classification. Typically, newhire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates.
