Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Member Service Officers will be responsible and accountable for providing an excellent service to members.<br \/>\u00a0<br \/><strong>The Member Services Officers duties will include:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Acting as a Teller by processing lodgments and withdrawals.<br \/>Dealing with member queries and new member applications.\u00a0<br \/>Undertaking filing and other general administrative tasks.<br \/>Carrying out back-office processing functions; and<br \/>General administrative duties, including telephone calls.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/><strong>The successful candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Leaving Certificate (or equivalent).<br \/>Have at least one years\u2019 experience in a cash handling role.<br \/>Possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral.<br \/>Possess excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.<br \/>Have strong IT application skills, Excel in particular.<br \/>Can work on their own initiative and meet targets and deadlines; and\u00a0<br \/>Can work independently and in a team.<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Credit Union experience is an advantage but not essential.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/><strong>This is a\u00a0temporary Full-time contract for one year\u00a0\u00a0(includes Saturday working).<\/strong>\u00a0 Successful candidates will be required to work at the various office locations.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>A competitive salary and benefit package will be on offer.<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>If you feel you can meet the requirements of these roles, please submit your C.V via email.
