Extract, analyze, and interpret large datasets for reporting accuracy.
Conduct in-depth analytical research identifying trends and anomalies to prepare management level commentary on variances.
Develop, maintain, enhance, and validate regulatory reporting policies and procedures ensuring continued compliance with applicable regulations
Prepare root cause analysis, develop recommendations and solutions, escalate to management and follow through on issue remediation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements to streamline reporting workflows and improve data quality.
Assist in the testing and implementation of issue remediation and automation efforts.
Interface with internal stakeholders in the organization to build a broad range of knowledge spanning across finance, treasury, and operations.
Participate, as needed, in certain processes related to broker dealer and bank regulatory reporting including but not limited to 15c3-1 net capital computation, FOCUS, Treasury International Capital (TIC), Basel III, FR-Y9C and FR-2052a reporting.\u00a0
\u00a0<\/p>\n
3-5 years of broker dealer regulatory reporting experience is preferred.
Strict attention to detail, able to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines, demonstrate risk awareness and escalate issues when appropriate.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience with Artificial Intelligence such as Co-Pilot and ChatGPT
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Excellent technical and effective communication skills.<\/p>\n
