We\u2019re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist 2, Client Operations to join our Loans Enablement Platform (LEP) team in Wroclaw, Poland. In this role, you will support a wide range of LEP activities, taking ownership of operational processes, managing exceptions, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality service. You will handle complex cases, contribute to process improvements, and help maintain a strong risk and control environment.<\/p>\n

Review and process transactions accurately and in line with procedures and controls.
Investigate and resolve issues, breaks, and client inquiries.
Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and support service delivery.
Help ensure compliance with service levels, controls, and regulatory requirements.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
Support incident management, escalations, and root cause analysis.
Perform controls, reconciliations, and quality checks, escalating risks when needed.
Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members.
Assist with operational change initiatives, testing, and new client or process onboarding.

Prior experience within the Loans business, including loan servicing, lending operations, or syndicated loan administration, is highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage.
Ability to work independently and manage complex tasks effectively.
