As an Associate Accountant, you will be responsible for:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Daily accounting missions
Entering AP and AR invoices.
AP \/ AR reconciliation.
Maintaining accounting software integrations.
Posting vendors payments.
Bank reconciliation.
Credit card reconciliation.
Assisting with month-end closing preparation.
Maintaining client\u2019s database.
Maintaining vendor\u2019s files up to date.
Posting entries to accounting software utilizing import from other software.
Analyze differences and being able to provide recommendations.
Posting and reconciling entries from reimbursement tools.
Report analyses<\/p>\n

Requirements<\/strong>
If you have:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Completion of at least a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance\u00a0\u202f\u00a0
At least\u00a01\u00a0year\u00a0of experience\u00a0in an\u00a0accounting\u00a0firm\u00a0
Expertise\u00a0in Excel,\u00a0demonstrating\u00a0proficiency\u00a0in advanced functions and data analysis\u00a0
Ability to respect deadlines and proactively communicate in advance if unable to meet them.\u00a0
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while\u00a0maintaining\u00a0a strong sense\u00a0of teamwork.\u00a0
A commitment to\u00a0maintaining\u00a0a high level\u00a0of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.\u00a0
Strong attention to detail and the ability to\u00a0identify\u00a0and solve problems effectively\u00a0
Strong ability to use technology tools and quickly adapt to new systems\u00a0
Proficiency\u00a0in French\u00a0and English\u00a0along with eligibility to work in Morocco.\u00a0
Occasional business travel within Morocco may be\u00a0required\u00a0during onboarding\u00a0<\/p>\n
