Developing and enhancing Internal Audit\u2019s project audit methodology and approach.
Assessing project governance, delivery risks, controls, financial oversight and programme performance.
Providing clear, practical and commercially focused assurance recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Identifying themes and emerging risks across projects and escalating insights that matter most to the Bank.
Building trusted relationships with executives, programme sponsors and delivery leaders across the organisation.
Presenting audit outcomes and assurance findings to senior leadership and governance forums.
Supporting the continuous improvement of Internal Audit practices and mentoring team members through coaching and guidance.<\/p>\n
Strong understanding of project governance frameworks, delivery methodologies, risk management and control environments.
Experience providing independent challenge and assurance to executives and senior stakeholders.
Exposure to transformation, technology or strategic change programs.
Strong analytical capability with the ability to identify risks, evaluate controls and provide practical recommendations.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to influence at senior levels.
Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, accounting, technology, engineering or a related discipline.
Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CIA or equivalent will be highly regarded.<\/p>\n
