Overview of role<\/strong><\/p>\n In this role, you independently assume responsibility for the entire outbound sales process: from identifying potential customers and initial contact to qualification and scheduling for our account team.<\/p>\n Core tasks<\/strong><\/p>\n You actively approach potential customers \u2013 via email, phone & video. Must have requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n Multi-year experience in B2 B software distribution, ideally as SDR, BDR or AE in SaaS environment. You analyze business models, identify potential & pain points.
You use HubSpot securely, build dashboards & control your pipeline management based on data.
You develop new outreach strategies, test growth tactics & share your learning with the team.
You work closely with founders, marketing & product to continuously optimize the sales process.<\/p>\n
Excellent CRM expertise, especially in HubSpot \u2013 you know how to build dashboards, manage tasks, and use data wisely.
Analytical thinking & smartness \u2013 you work data-driven and can set priorities clearly.
Communication strength & empathy \u2013 you recognize customers\u2019 pain points and match them with added value.
Drive & Ownership \u2013 you really want to move things and not just work them out.
Very good German (C2) and solid English skills.<\/p>\n
