\u00a0Several years of professional experience in customer success, account management or a comparable customer-oriented role
\u00a0Strong communication skills, empathy and a solution-oriented mindset

\u00a0Conducting training courses, activation measures and regular strategy meetings
\u00a0Ongoing support and active solution finding for daily business challenges
\u00a0Continuous development of customer relationships through individual advice and optimization of use
\u00a0Self-responsible upselling and cross-selling within your customer portfolio
\u00a0Building sustainable relationships with relevant stakeholders on the customer side
\u00a0Passing customer feedback to internal product improvement teams
\u00a0Participation in the optimization and scaling of our customer success processes<\/p>\n
