Position Overview:\u00a0<\/strong>The Client Accounting Services Manager will lead one of our dedicated teams in delivering high-quality accounting services to our clients. This role requires a blend of leadership, technical accounting expertise, and client management skills. You’ll oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, manage client relationships, and develop strategies to enhance our service offerings. Key Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\u00a0Manage and oversee the daily operations of the client accounting services department.
\u00a0Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure efficiency.
\u00a0Supervise, mentor, and train a team of accountants and support staff in providing exceptional client services.
\u00a0Prepare and review financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
\u00a0Act as a primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships, and providing strategic financial advice.
\u00a0Coordinate with other departments and managers to ensure seamless service delivery and identify cross-selling opportunities.
\u00a0Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes to continuously improve our services and processes.<\/p>\n

Required Qualifications:<\/strong>
\u00a0Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field strongly preferred.
\u00a0Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role within an accounting firm or financial services environment.
\u00a0Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
\u00a0Proficiency in accounting software and systems, with a keen interest in leveraging technology to improve services.
\u00a0Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate the team.
\u00a0Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
\u00a0Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering client-focused solutions.<\/p>\n
