Account Sales Representative (24 views)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Existing Accounts: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Identify New Sales Opportunities: Prospect for new business opportunities within existing accounts and identify potential new customers.
  • Sales Growth: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Customer Needs Assessment: Understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points to provide tailored solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and applications to effectively communicate value to customers.
  • Sales Calls and Presentations: Conduct sales calls, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase products and services.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets.
  • Account Planning: Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales goals and expand customer relationships.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including customer service, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management, highlighting sales performance, customer insights, and market trends.

Requirements

Education:

  • OND/ Bsc

Experience:

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in insurance 

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
