Key Responsibilities
- Manage Existing Accounts: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Identify New Sales Opportunities: Prospect for new business opportunities within existing accounts and identify potential new customers.
- Sales Growth: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Customer Needs Assessment: Understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points to provide tailored solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and applications to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Sales Calls and Presentations: Conduct sales calls, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase products and services.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Account Planning: Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales goals and expand customer relationships.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including customer service, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management, highlighting sales performance, customer insights, and market trends.
Requirements
Education:
- OND/ Bsc
Experience:
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in insurance
Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
