The job requires high level tax preparation skills, superior tax research and problem solving abilities, broad software knowledge, and excellent written and oral communication skills. We have a team approach to provide high quality client service for tax compliance, planning, financial statements, and general business consulting.
Term: Full time, 40 hours per week, 9AM – 5PM.
Job Description:
Perform general accrual accounting and other related duties in the accounting department.
Maintain general ledgers, code invoices, set up new accounts, reconcile accounts and close
monthly books. Reconcile bank accounts, customer accounts, manage accounts receivables,
verify deposits, and address inquiries from banks. Verified payments of invoices associated with
accounts payable and ensured payments were charged to the appropriate accounts. Issue
accurate financial statements for clients of the Firm on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Provide external auditors with assistance. Gather necessary account information and
documents to perform an annual audit.
Requires a US Master of Accounting degree. Must have legal authority to work in the U.S.
