Job Description

  • Assist the Finance Officer & CFO in all aspects of their duties
  • Maintain daily member payment files from Payac & Bank
  • Maintain Direct Debits & Standing Orders
  • Maintain Floats
  • Communicate with members about all types of accounts
  • Bank reconciliations
  • End of day balancing
  • Control account maintenance
  • Creditors Ledger System maintenance
  • Teller (MSR) duties when required
  • Any other duties as required by Management
The ideal candidate should have: 
  • Knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
  • Strong numeric and IT skills. 
  • Ability to work as part of a team. 
  • Excellent administration skills and attention to detail 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

3-5 days per week, Monday-Saturday
