Job Description
- Assist the Finance Officer & CFO in all aspects of their duties
- Maintain daily member payment files from Payac & Bank
- Maintain Direct Debits & Standing Orders
- Maintain Floats
- Communicate with members about all types of accounts
- Bank reconciliations
- End of day balancing
- Control account maintenance
- Creditors Ledger System maintenance
- Teller (MSR) duties when required
- Any other duties as required by Management
The ideal candidate should have:
- Knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
- Strong numeric and IT skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Excellent administration skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3-5 days per week, Monday-Saturday
