Member Service Consultant/Teller

Job Overview
As a Member Service Consultant, you will be an integral part of our team, providing exceptional service to our members. This role involves handling various financial transactions and assisting members with their banking needs.

Duties
– Process member transactions accurately and efficiently
– Assist members with account inquiries, deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
– Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services to meet members’ financial needs
– Provide excellent customer service by addressing member inquiries and resolving issues promptly
– Utilize cash handling procedures and operate a cash register
– Build and maintain strong relationships with members through effective relationship management

Experience
– Previous experience in financial services or a banking environment is preferred
– Proficiency in cash handling and cash register operation
– Familiarity with fraud prevention detection techniques
– Strong customer relationship management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
