- The ideal candidate will be tasked with developing and executing our sales and marketing strategy, as well as generating sales forecasting reports and managing the sales pipeline.
- They will also be responsible for leading the recruitment, training, and performance management of our field service associates. Furthermore, the candidate will monitor the sales performance of our agencies with the objective of expanding our company’s market share.
- Their collaborative nature will be essential for success in coordinating with external distributors and internal sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications:
