Banks and Insurance Jobs is looking for a Mitarbeiter (w/m/d) Kundenservice & Sachbearbeitung im KundenDialogCenter to join our client’s team!

Contract Details  
▪ Contract Type: Permanent, tariff-based (collective agreement)  
▪ Working Hours: Part-time 20–30 hrs/week; fixed shift blocks (no Saturday work) Work shifts Mon–Thu 08:00–18:00, Fri 08:00–16:00 incl. min. 2 afternoons

Requirements
▪ Completed commercial training
▪ Ideally knowledge of banking products (e.g. B. Current account) and to network services
▪ Resilient and confident even in stressful situations
▪ Very good listening and a committed and service-oriented demeanor

Tasks & Responsibilities
▪ You process customer inquiries via phone, email and chat
▪ You provide service information and convey your conversation person
▪ They recognize sales potential, actively address our customers and accompany them until the successful completion of suitable solutions
▪ In addition, you are responsible for the processing and support of our customers assigned to the CustomerDialogCenter
