Tasks
You independently accept and process support requests via chat, email and telephone.
You analyze problems, answer application questions about our platform and find pragmatic solutions.
You can forward more complex requests to our technical team or customer service team in a structured manner.
You manage our internal knowledge database and help further develop self-service solutions.
You pass on customer feedback directly to the – product team, your perspective counts.
You make an active contribution to improving internal support processes.

Qualifications

Enjoy interacting with people – whether it concerns customer contact or team building.
Initial experience in (technical) customer support, preferably in a SaaS environment.
Very good command of German (C2) and a solid command of English (B2).
Basic knowledge of technical skills, quick understanding and enjoyment of using digital tools.
Solution-oriented thinking, patience and a calm attitude – even in stressful situations.
Team spirit and the willingness to take responsibility in a growing company.
