Banks and Insurance Jobs is looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our client’s team!

Requirements
▪ German at native language level and negotiation-safe English
▪ Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales with strong completion rate
▪ Ability to complete independently from day 1
▪ In-depth experience in inbound sales and dealing with highly qualified leads
▪ Verifiable history of target achievement or overfulfillment of quotas
▪ Secure handling of numbers, OTE models, commissions and performance KPIs
▪ Strongly performance and success-oriented, competition-driven and financially motivated
▪ Experience in structured, CRM-driven sales environments with responsibility for strategic accounts and deals in the six-figure revenue range
▪ Strong negotiating strength and high sovereignty in exchange with C-level decision-makers
▪ High level of ownership, responsibility and self-organization in the remote setup
▪ Willingness to be measured by results – not by activity
▪ Main residence in Germany or Austria

Tasks & Responsibilities
▪ Responsibility for the entire sales cycle – from initial consultation to completion, with a clear focus on highly qualified inbound leads (~90% inbound)
▪ Conducting structured discovery calls for in-depth analysis of customer needs, decision criteria and buying processes
▪ Convincing presentation and positioning of the SaaS solution to senior stakeholders and executives
▪ Efficient progress of deals, confident handling of objections, negotiation of commercial terms and continuous closing of sales
▪ Clean pipeline management, reliable forecasting and complete deal documentation in CRM
▪ Close collaboration with founders and internal stakeholders to optimize sales processes, messaging and Ideal Customer Profile
▪ Identification of upsell and expansion potentials within inbound-driven accounts
▪ Full ownership of sales targets and consistent overfulfillment of sales quotas
▪ Implementation of targeted, highly focused outbound activities as needed

Core Benefits
■ 90,000 to 100,000 € OTE with 5% unlimited commission

■ Full Remote: You work independently of location – we also make it a point to meet in person regularly. An annual team offsite with everyone is an integral part. We also organize other face-to-face meetings as needed.
