Requirements
▪ Completed training as a banker (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
▪ Career changers (m/f/d) from the financial sector or related fields are warmly welcome and will be further qualified by us
▪ Ideally, proof of securities competence, e.g. via the VR-BeraterPass ServicekundenBeratung or comparable (e.g. Sparkassenfachwirt), is already available
▪ Passion for direct customer contact and joy in sales
▪ Communication strength, empathy and service orientation
▪ Affinity for digital applications and new technologies
▪ Team spirit and commitment

Tasks & Responsibilities
▪ Personal and individual advice to our private customers on financing, pension provision, investments and account management
▪ Maintaining and expanding long-term customer relationships
▪ Active participation in the design and implementation of our sales strategies
