Requirements
▪ Successfully completed banking training and (banking) business studies or comparable qualifications
▪ Several years of experience in the lending business
▪ Strong analytical skills and very good business knowledge
▪ Independent, structured working methods as well as high risk awareness and willingness to make decisions
▪ Good communication skills, persuasiveness and solution orientation

Tasks & Responsibilities
▪ You will independently analyze and vote on loan applications in the segment of our significant loan exposures from the sales areas of corporate clients and – if necessary – private banking or private clients.
▪ In the strength and risk profile, they assess both the customer creditworthiness and the financing project as well as the credit material valuation of loan collateral or other contractual security agreements (covenants, etc.).
▪ They make joint – tandem market sequence and market – lending decisions and proactively shape the strategic direction of the assigned credit exposures.
▪ They adopt the ongoing risk classification and evaluate or analyze the economic conditions with regard to potential risks.
▪ They support sales in exploiting sales opportunities and act as contacts with high credit expertise.
