Requirements
▪ Successfully completed banking training, comparable training or a basic law degree
▪ Good knowledge of the legal and supervisory principles of credit management; professional experience in credit processing including risk assessment and voting
▪ Strong analytical thinking skills, coordination skills, process-oriented action and good self-management
▪ High reliability, resilience and willingness to take responsibility

Tasks & Responsibilities
▪ Support for more complex corporate and private customer engagements, including risk-relevant lending with loans at risk of default as well as separation, forbearance or dismantling aspects
▪ Development of results-oriented concepts for consensual or compulsory debt repayment from a legal and economic perspective
▪ Conducting implementation discussions and negotiations on behalf of the bank, taking advantage of its own scope for action and design
▪ Representation of the bank in banking consortia, creditors’ committees or meetings as well as in the implementation of coercive measures
▪ Maintenance and audit of receivables and collateral holdings, assessment from a realization and risk prevention perspective and implementation of collateral utilization
