Requirements
▪ Successfully completed and commercial vocational training, ideally in finance or accounting, as a tax assistant, etc.
▪ Professional practice in a comparable position as well as good specialist knowledge in accounting (HGB) and professional experience appropriate to the position of at least three years
▪ You have solid knowledge of VAT law
▪ You are a team player and act on your own initiative, independently and in a structured manner
▪ You have a high sense of responsibility and resilience with a strong understanding of numbers
▪ Ideally knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Nav, secure use of MS Office applications
▪ Very good knowledge of German in spoken and written form (C2)
Tasks & Responsibilities
▪ Processing of ongoing business transactions in accounts payable, accounts receivable and non-cash accounts
▪ Payment transactions at home and abroad, implementation of payment transactions, accounting of banks, partly in foreign currency
▪ Accounting of credit card statements and preparation of commission statements
▪ Account reconciliation, clarification of differences
▪ Support of the accounting team in the event of a replacement
▪ Communication and correspondence with business partners
▪ Support in the preparation of VAT returns and Z-reports
▪ You are open to optimization processes in accounting and new tasks
