Banks and Insurance Jobs is looking for a WEG Verwalter to join our client’s team!

Requirements
▪ Completed training in the real estate industry (e.g. B. Real estate agent) or comparable qualification
▪ At least 3 years of professional experience in the administration of homeowners’ associations (WEG)
▪ Proven experience in sovereignly leading and recording owners’ meetings and in implementing the decisions made there
▪ Strong service and customer orientation, secure attitude towards owners
▪ Class B driving license and willingness to drive in the immediate Kiel area
▪ Very good German language skills at native speaker level in words and writing
▪ Secure use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
▪ Experience working with ticketing systems and basic knowledge of SAP-based real estate/accounting modules desirable
▪ Understanding of commercial processes surrounding home money statements and heating/utility costs; monitoring of external departments
▪ Basic knowledge of technical property management and maintenance coordination is an advantage
▪ Structured, independent working method, high reliability and teamwork

Tasks & Responsibilities
▪ Independent commercial and technical support of several homeowners’ associations (WEG)
▪ Preparation, convening and sovereign management of the owners’ meetings including minutes
▪ Implementation of all decisions taken in the assemblies and continuous follow-up of measures
▪ Planning, commissioning and control of maintenance, repair and modernization measures
▪ Regular property inspections, condition assessment and control of external service providers / craft businesses
▪ Preparation of (economic) plans, budgets and reporting; monitoring of community liquidity
▪ Technical control of the house money and heating cost statements prepared by the central WEG accounting department
▪ Processing owner, administrator and advisory board requests via the internal ticket system
▪ Maintenance of all object-relevant documents in the document management system (e.g. B. DokuWeb) and work with SAP
▪ Interface with internal departments (WEG accounting, technology, customer service hotline) and external partners
▪ Ensuring a service- and customer-oriented approach towards owners, tenants and service providers
