Our Sydney Accounting team is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Intermediate Accountant with 2-4 years’ experience to join their exciting and dynamic team.

Responsibilities;

Preparation of management reports, financial statements, tax returns and BAS’s for individuals, partnerships, companies, trusts and SMSF’s
Preparation of FBT returns
Liaison with various statutory authorities on behalf of clients including the ATO and the ASIC
Preparation of correspondence with clients
Reviewing work and providing technical guidance to junior staff
Reporting to the team supervisor, team manager and executive director and working together to achieve goals for our clients, for our team and for Bell Partners collectively

About You;

Degree qualified
CA qualification or near completion
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
2 – 4 years’ experience in a Chartered Accounting practice
Experience working autonomously on:Financial statements, tax returns and BAS’s for individuals, partnerships, companies, trusts and SMSF’s
FBT returns
ATO and ASIC liaison
Experience and proficiency with Xero including Practice Manager, MS Word and MS Excel would be beneficial
Strong desire to succeed and achieve goals both as a team and individually
