About the role
As a Branch Manager, you will lead a high performing and engaged team to proudly deliver performance outcomes and exceptional standards of service to our Members, so we can collectively build on our established brand in the local area and achieve revenue growth for our Mount Gambier branch.
As an experienced lender, your impressive track record in business development, including the acquisition of new customers and a well-established network of referral sources, combined with your passion for community engagement will all add to your success in the role.
You will join a fun, supportive and collaborative leadership team, with a strong focus on professional development. Let us know your career goals and we’ll work with you to achieve them. We know that work/life balance is important, so we offer stable hours of Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.15pm.
