We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Insurance Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in driving our growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our personal insurance, group insurance and financial planning services.

Job Description: As a Senior Insurance Specialist, you will be responsible for selling personal insurance, group insurance benefits, finding new investment clients, and providing comprehensive financial planning services. You will leverage your expertise in the insurance and financial services industry to build strong client relationships and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively prospect and acquire new clients for group insurance benefits, investment, and financial planning services.
Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Provide expert advice on insurance and financial planning, helping clients make informed decisions.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to provide the best solutions to clients.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Additional certifications in insurance and financial planning (e.g., CFP, CLU) are preferred.
5-10 years of experience in sales, specifically in the insurance and financial services industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Deep understanding of personal and group insurance products, investment strategies, and financial planning services.
Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High level of empathy and customer service orientation.
Ability to analyze market trends, client portfolios, and financial data to provide strategic advice.
Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), financial planning tools, and other sales technologies.
