Roles and Responsibilities
- Drives the Business Banking Teams to achieve set targets across various lines
- Actively support and drive the digital transformation of the Business Banking enterprise.
- Work closely with relevant internal and external stakeholders to drive the development of more efficient ways of doing business
- Expand and deepen the product and value-added services suite to profitably penetrate the Bank’s target industry segments and businesses.
- Generating new business opportunities and driving new product development in line with various business needs of customers
- Ensure that all loans disbursed are repaid as and when due and the Portfolio-at-Risk (PAR) of the business portfolio is within regulatory limits
- Build and grow a healthy collections business driven by a strong portfolio of accounts that generate collections flows for the Bank.
- Generating quality sales leads for the business
- Periodic reporting on team performance to the Line Manager
- Attending periodic meetings with other stakeholders of the business
Requirements
- BSc Degree
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in a similar field
- Good communication skills
- Ability to manage a team
