Banks and Insurance Jobs is looking for a Business Manager to join our clients team!
Location: Hybrid – Berlin, Hannover, Cologne, Dortmund, Frankfurt am Main, Mannheim, Munich (2–3 days in the office and 2–3 days remote)
Contract: Permanent (40 hours per week)
Languages: German (C2) native speaker are a big PLUS – English (B2)

Responsibilities:
- Video call-based customer consultation, with optional customer visits
- Responsible for understanding customer IT projects in detail and translating them into recruitment requirements (needs assessment), relaying this information to the recruiting team
- Offer all contract types (temporary employment, freelance, or permanent placement) based on client requirements
- Specialize in 2–3 sectors (e.g. Banking, Insurance)
- Manage and grow existing accounts
Must-have:
- Experience in the staffing services industry is required
- At least 1 year of experience, ideally in IT recruitment (no engineering sector)
- Smart, solution-driven attitude
- Sales-oriented mindset; in addition to account management, you should engage in sales activities
Advantageous:
- Commercial training / University degree not required
Salary:
- 50.000–56.000 EUR per year fixed (increasing with experience) – commission: fixed amount per deal (approx. 750 EUR per deal, with potential 10.000–15.000 EUR in the first year)
