The Center is looking for an Investment Operations Assistant to join its wealth management team.

Center for Financial Planning, Inc.® was founded in 1985 and is a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) (we operate as a hybrid RIA and work with Raymond James as our custodian and broker/dealer)
The Center currently serves over 1000 families and oversees over $2B in client assets as of December 31st, 2025

Our team focuses on comprehensive financial planning – this means we review and provide advice on virtually every aspect of one’s financial life

Responsibilities We’ll Trust You With:
Begin developing investment industry understanding and investment product comprehension
Assisting advisors with client requests and portfolio recommendations consistent with Investment Policy Statements
Conduct Investment Research and support Investment Committee
Portfolio Rebalancing system set up and maintenance
Coordinate with vendors
Assist in department projects and with the creation of efficient processes
Support team initiatives and understand and support the firm and department’s vision, mission, and strategy

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong service mindset and drive to go above and beyond to provide the best possible internal and external client experience
Desire to be part of a team, well-developed interpersonal skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with individuals of varied backgrounds and working styles
Intellectual curiosity and talent to think independently and creatively to solve problems
Effective time management skills and ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment while prioritizing independent tasks and meeting aggressive deadlines
Process-oriented, exceptional organization skills, and dedication to exceeding quality standards
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Series 7, 63, or 66 or other securities license or willingness to complete as a part of professional development plan within the first year

Base salary commensurate with experience and reviewed annually
Incentive compensation up to 20% of base salary
