The Role
As a Collections Officer, you will play a vital role as the primary contact for customers, assisting them in navigating their financial circumstances and working towards successful outcomes. Your main responsibilities will involve:

Conducting inbound and outbound calls to establish personalised repayment arrangements

Applying skip-tracing methods and investigative resources to re-establish contact with customers

Overseeing your portfolio of accounts with diligence, precision, and professionalism

Adhering to all industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies

Achieving performance goals while consistently prioritising the customer’s needs and experience
About You

A clear and confident communicator
