We are immediately looking for a member-focused, outgoing, personable persons to join our team as a Contact Center Representative, this is a hybrid work opportunity. The designated branch to report to when needed will be the Doral office.
**Saturday schedule is required**
If you think you have what it takes, please apply! We are searching for someone who will:
- Provide friendly, professional, personal service
- Knowledgeable in all products and services offered by MPS Credit Union to troubleshoot and resolve member issues
- Be a source of information to fulfill members or potential members’ inquiries
- Cross-sell credit union product, promotions and services and perform other duties assigned
- Responsible for answering approximately 100 calls a day
