Requirements
▪ Several years of professional experience in customer success, account management or a comparable customer-oriented role
▪ Strong communication skills, empathy and a solution-oriented mindset
▪ Independent, structured and proactive working methods with high personal responsibility
▪ Enthusiasm for customer loyalty, technology and sustainable collaboration
▪ Fluent German and good English skills, any other language is an advantage – e.g. B. French
Tasks & Responsibilities
▪ Independent management of the entire customer lifecycle: from handover by the sales team to structured onboarding to long-term customer loyalty
▪ Conducting training courses, activation measures and regular strategy meetings
▪ Ongoing support and active solution finding for daily business challenges
▪ Continuous development of customer relationships through individual advice and optimization of use
▪ Self-responsible upselling and cross-selling within your customer portfolio
▪ Building sustainable relationships with relevant stakeholders on the customer side
▪ Passing customer feedback to internal product improvement teams
▪ Participation in the optimization and scaling of our customer success processes
