Job Summary:
- Responsible for driving core deposit growth across various customer segments.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers especially in retail markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement deposit mobilization strategies to achieve targets.
- Identify and target potential customers through various channels.
- Drive target saving products according to targets and strategic direction of the bank
- Implement outcome of market research and champion new product initiatives to drive
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Promote and cross-sell deposit products to customers.
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Comply with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of ND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing (minimum 2 years).
- Strong understanding of the banking industry and customer behavior.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
