Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the product team to translate complex financial concepts into relatable and user-friendly content.

Social Media Management: 

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to grow followers, boost engagement, and promote our services. 
  • Schedule and publish posts across various platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook. 
  • Monitor and respond to audience interactions, building meaningful relationships with followers. 

Digital Campaigns: 

  • Plan execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics to maximize ROI. 

SEO and Analytics: 

  • Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines to increase organic visibility.
  • Track and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights.

 Collaboration: 

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and customer success, to ensure consistent messaging and branding. 
  • Stay updated on fintech trends and integrate them into marketing strategies. 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketer, preferably in the fintech industry. 
  • Strong content writing skills with a portfolio showcasing previous work. 
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEMrush, Canva, and social media scheduling tools. 
  • Basic knowledge of financial services and fintech trends is a plus. 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
