JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for providing digital banking services to prospects, existing customers, and the Bank’s personnel as well as relating the features and benefits of the digital banking products and services.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and curate content for digital marketing products and services, including using blog posts, social media posts, emails, videos, and graphics.
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) ads, display ads, and social media ads, to achieve campaign objectives and ROI targets.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and analytics data to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to inform digital marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align digital marketing activities with business goals and objectives.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in the digital landscape.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND COMPETENCIES

  • Minimum of an HND/B.Sc. in any discipline. 
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in the digital marketing, particularly in the Banking industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Excellent teamwork skills 
  • Great Negotiation Skills. 
  • Ability to work with and manage large teams. 
  • Analytical and organizational skills 
  • Excellent use of MS Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Proven ability to meet/exceed targets and deadlines.
