JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for providing support services for all the Bank’s digital and technological systems, programs, and networks.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Optimize and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary.
- Develop and execute quarterly plans to meet goals and performance metrics.
- If necessary, liaise with third-part support of various technology vendors.
- Create and implement roadmap for standardizing calibrated machines, gages, fixtures, probing systems.
- Relationships with staff in other work areas are fostered to meet internal and external customer needs.
- Review performance and progress on a regular basis to ensure team is achieving results.
- Engage with risk leadership to ensure technology strategy and investment is in line with business function objectives.
- Participate in tender process, i.e. design, submission, and review.
- Interact with and provide technical and event support for the Bank.
- Manage continuous improvement of the inspection technologies, gage control processes and policies.
- Lead trainings with marketing capabilities teams to help keep the Bank’s marketing on the forefront of what is new and coming.
- Build and maintain the emerging technology and media strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND COMPETENCIES
- Minimum of an HND/B.Sc. in business, computer science, engineering, or information technology, or its equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in the financial sector, preferably in Microfinance or Commercial Banking
- Comfortable with computing and user documentation processes.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and time management capabilities.
- Able to use confidence when conducting critical thinking exercises.
- Excellent relationship and people management skills.
