Job Description

  • Maintain business relationship with NIBBS, Interswitch, Unified Payments, etc.
  • Onboarding and Activation of customers profile on the e-channel platforms.
  • Other tasks related to the job role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Information Technology or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in E- Business operation in a reputable financial institution.
  • Certification in Digital Banking, Cybersecurity would be an added advantage.
  • Skilled in writing comprehensive product papers and business requirements.
  • Understanding of Industry Standards and emerging trends in financial institution.
  • Strong background of electronic payment system, customer support, business relationship.
  • Proficiency in analyzing transaction data, generating reports and using data insights to inform decisions.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to electronic payments, data protection and financial transactions.
  • Excellent Communication, problem-solving and collaboration skills.
  • The ideal candidate must have vast experience in writing a product paper.
  • Good knowledge of reconciliation and settlement accounts.
  • Experience in E-channel Processing & Support, Dispute Resolution and Chargeback.
  • Thorough understanding and implementation of the mobile app, USSD, agency banking, etc
