Job Duties:
The End User Support Administrator is responsible for supporting and maintaining the organization’s end user computing infrastructure, with a primary focus on desktop experience management, virtual desktop environments, virtualization platforms, and storage backup processes. This role ensures the reliability, security, and efficiency of core infrastructure systems that enable staff productivity.
Requirements:
An Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or MIS is required. Related work experience can be substituted for the educational requirements. Would prefer (but not required) candidates to have one of the following certifications (MCP, MCSE, CCNA, CCDA or similar). This position requires a minimum of two to four years of network, routing and server computing experience. Must be able to resolve issues using sound judgment and experience.
