Banks and Insurance Jobs is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our clients team!

Location: Hybrid – Berlin, Hannover, Cologne, Dortmund, Frankfurt am Main, Mannheim, Munich (2 days in the office and 3 days remote)

Contract: Permanent (40 hours per week or flexible part-time work options 28+ hours per week)

Languages: German (C2) native speaker are a big PLUS – English (B2)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct customer research and acquisition with a focus on IT companies with 100+ employees 
  • Primarily cold calling via phone and LinkedIn; direct engagement with IT managers
  • Generate appointments 
  • Upselling and cross-selling to existing customers 
  • Preparation and follow-up for client appointments
  • Goal: 20–30 appointments per week (commission: 15 EUR per new customer appointment, 5 EUR for existing customers appointment after 50 per cent target achievement)

Must-have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in telephone sales (e.g. recruiting, telecommunications, call centers, inbound and cross-selling)

Advantageous:

  • Commercial training / University degree not required

Salary:

  •  40.000 – 46.000 EUR per year fixed (Junior-Senior) with commission (approx. 7.000 commission in the first year – 9.000 EUR in the second year)
