Heartland Credit Union, with branches in Carrick-on-Shannon, Mohill & Dromod, is now recruiting a Full Time Lending Manager to drive our lending growth and innovation.
This is an exciting leadership opportunity to join a forward-thinking, strategic management team in a thriving, community-based financial institution.
As Lending Manager, you’ll:
- Lead our lending strategy to achieve real growth
- Shape new and innovative lending products
- Manage risk and ensure compliance with Central Bank standards
- Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives
- Champion excellent member service
Key Requirements:
✔️ Experience in a busy lending environment
✔️ Strong leadership & credit analysis skills
✔️ QFA or APA Loans designation (minimum)
✔️ Results-driven with a passion for growth and community
