Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be resonsible for building trusted client relationships, owning the annual review journey, and developing the technical skills to deliver high‑quality, client‑centred advice.

In this role you will support a bank of clients and be responsible for developing lasting relationships and making them feel part of our Lucent family. You will own the journey ensuring annual reviews are conducted timely and liaise with clients and advisors to organise and prepare for annual review meetings and then follow through with the production of the annual review or new business reports as appropriate. You will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy of our client data and implementing client plans as guided by our advisors.
This is a developmental role and we expect our CRMs to gain the QCF level 4 Diploma in Financial advice and complete an internal Learning journey as you develop your skills in writing reports from simple annual reviews, to complex new business. Once accredited with the diploma and successfully passed your learning journey, you will become a Junior Paraplanner, working independently to support our advisors.
In this role you will need diverse skills, with strong emphasis on written communications and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
Your primary job role will be:
Ownership of our Client Annual Review Process, including organising meetings, completing Factfinds and Suitability Reports for the review and subsequent new business & the implementation of client plans as recommended by our advisors.
Accurate completion of client files, ensuring all our research, recommendations and suitability is accurate and stored correctly for future reference.
Maximising use of AI technology with software such as Copilot and PlannerPal to support updating Factfind information, business notes, Suitability Reports and efficiency of working.
Preparation of client correspondence ensuring all client contact is stored and retrievable for compliance purposes.
Managing any client queries, including the rare occasion where clients can’t be contacted, ensuring the appropriate processes are followed.
Use of industry systems such as Voyant, Timeline, Intelliflo, FE analytics & Money Info, keeping our data up to date and accurate.
Providing efficient administrative support to financial advisers and other members of the team to deliver client outcomes efficiently and accurately.
Owning the growth of your knowledge and upskilling to support all clients effectively and in a timely manner.
In addition to the above, you will get involved in wider business activity such as:
Engagement & contribution to Lucent client events, actively networking with clients to ensure they feel part of our Lucent family.
Contribution to Lucent social media activities with the aim to drive client engagement and business opportunities.
Supporting and upskilling fellow team members and responsiblity for the end workload being complete, not just own allocation of clients being supported.
