Job Duties:
Provide quality customer service and work toward the generation, promotion and maintenance of a quality work environment for the staff and tenants of Amarillo National Bank.
Maintain a positive attitude and provide team support.
Perform general maintenance on equipment and systems such as;
- Lighting and electrical systems
- Plumbing systems, fixtures, and pumps
- HVAC systems, components, and controls
- Mechanical systems and components
- Water treatment
Monitor and operate energy management systems.
Operate and maintain equipment and systems.
Respond to after-hours emergency calls.
Other projects, as assigned, to enhance the facilities operation.
Requirements:
A High School diploma or equivalent is required. 5-10 years in general maintenance, including lighting and electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems and mechanical system components is needed. Refrigerant handling certification required. Ability to execute a high standard of quality service is necessary. Good work ethic and pride in workmanship is required. Desire to be part of a successful maintenance team is important.
