Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing initiatives.

Brand Management:

  • Strengthen the company’s brand presence and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, website content, and social media posts.
  • Manage and enhance the company’s online presence, including the website and social media platforms.

Customer Acquisition and Retention:

  • Design and execute customer acquisition campaigns, leveraging various channels such as digital marketing, partnerships, and community outreach.
  • Implement customer retention strategies to increase loyalty and lifetime value.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and trends.

Partnerships and Collaborations:

  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with NGOs, community organizations, and other stakeholders to extend the company’s reach.
  • Develop co-marketing initiatives and joint campaigns with partners to maximize impact.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Track and report on marketing spend and campaign performance.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve individual and team goals.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Passion for social impact and experience working with underserved communities is a plus.
