About the role
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as licensed Mortgage Agents. This role is perfect for both experienced agents looking for a supportive brokerage environment and newcomers who have completed their licensing. You will work directly with clients to assess financial needs, present mortgage solutions, and guide them through the application process. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship from senior advisors, access to 50+ lender relationships, competitive commission splits, and full back-office support.

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills

•Proficiency with technology and CRM systems
What you’ll do
•Meet with clients to assess their mortgage needs
•Present and explain mortgage options from multiple lenders
•Guide clients through application and approval process
•Build and maintain relationships with real estate partners
•Stay current with lending policies and market trends
•Collaborate with underwriting and processing team
