Job Description
- Preparing and sorting documents for data entry
- Entering data into database template and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted
- Responsible for entering of card manufacturing data from source documents within time limits and report adequately.
- Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
- Creating data backups as part of a contingency plan
- Responsible for all aspects of order processing. This includes everything from entering new orders to inspecting shipments to managing customer satisfaction and more.
- Must verify all job orders and ensure it is properly requested before giving a go ahead to the team to commence operations.
- Responding to information requests from authorized upline
- Work with other departments as needed and direct vault & Logistic personnel to get shipments out.
- In charge of Card manufacturing and personalization materials are well managed from beginning to the end of the operations.
- Work with the team to ensure that all required materials for the order are available and in good condition before commencement
- Prepare and present the daily, weekly and monthly manufacturing plan reports with the AM, HOD, GH and ED of operations.
- Ensure that the Machine operators, and other staff related carry out the required tasks appropriately.
- Ensure strict adherence to the Quality Control Procedures.
- Full compliance with the Standard Operating Procedure, PCIDSS and Information Security Policy.
- Ensure all the company resources in your possession are properly taken care of.
- Handles all Administrative duties of the production department and must ensure that the card request and delivery forms are filed appropriately in the right locations.
- Must ensure that all operational staff in production department most especially the manufacturing staff comply with requirements for order management (QC and Machine Operators)
- Any other role as may be directed by the Production Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years working experience as an Order Management Officer in a manufacturing company, post NYSC .
- BSC/HND in any social sciences discipline or other related courses.
- High Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office applications (Word, Power point and Excel).
- Good interpersonal Skill
- Proficiency in Presentation
