- The Partnership & Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing innovative marketing strategies for our financial products and forging strategic partnerships that drive the growth of the Digital Microfinance Bank. The role demands creativity, analytical skills, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance marketing strategies for our digital financial products to meet market needs.
- Identify and build strategic partnerships to expand product reach and adoption.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams for product launches and improvements.
- Monitor product performance and generate insights for optimization.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in product design and implementation.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in product marketing or partnership development in the financial or tech industry.
- Strong understanding of digital banking trends and customer behaviors.
- Proven ability to negotiate and manage strategic partnerships.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
