Banks and Insurance Jobs is looking for a People Operations Specialist to join our client’s team!
 
As a People Operations Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our HR operations, keeping things running smoothly across multiple international teams. Reporting to the Head of People Operations & Learning , you’ll handle HR administration, employee lifecycle processes, and data accuracy – all while ensuring a great employee experience.

Your new role

  • Manage HR processes, including contract changes, employee records, and benefits administration
  • Support employees through every stage of their journey, from onboarding to offboarding
  • Keep our HR systems updated and compliant with legal requirements
  • Be the go-to person for employee HR queries, offering timely and helpful support
  • Help automate and improve HR processes for efficiency and a better employee experience
  • Work with external partners on areas like benefits, pensions, and absences
  • Provide HR data insights to help the People & Culture team make informed decisions
  • Support HR projects and contribute to optimizing structures and processes


What you bring

  • 3+ years of HR administration experience, ideally in an international setting
  • Strong operational skills and the ability to manage HR tasks independently
  • Knowledge of labour law (depending on your location: German, Czech, Austrian, Italian or Dutch)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using HRIS systems and digital HR tools
  • A problem-solving mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
  • Fluent in German (C1) and/or proficient in English (C1).
